We count ourselves fortunate and enjoy the clients that we get to work with on their website reimage. Several years ago we had an opportunity to start a relationship with Spencer Hines Properties<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The team at Spencer Hines is a unique collection of polished professionals. They have helped shape the commercial real estate industry in Spartanburg since 1993<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In 2012, Spencer Hines Properties expanded to better serve their clients throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. They opened their Greenville Commercial Real Estate Office. Meet their entire team here.<\/a><\/p>\n

With the growth into Greenville and the significant changes in both the commercial real estate market and the web development world, it was time to address their web presence.<\/p>\n

We have migrated\u00a0years of content from their news feed to their new blog.<\/a> Bydoing so they did not lose the SEO Benefits<\/a> that come with regular content updates (Content Is King<\/a>). We also integrated a live feed of LoopNet. This enables real time commercial real estate searches could be done directly on the Search Properties Page<\/a>. Additionally, each agent enjoys the ability and opportunity to showcase their listings on their agent profile page, choose any one of the agents page from their team profile page<\/a>.<\/p>\n
